How I can stop gaining weight?

Well, it's easy to say to just "eat less" and be more active, but that is not really that helpful because I'm sure you already know those options. So recently you're living in a hotel. Hotel food is not very healthy so that makes sense that you would gain weight. Especailly being around good food all the time. But aren't hotels near other resturaunts and stores? You should try out some other places. It might be fun to just go to different venues and try out new food instead of the same meal over and over at the hotel. Just make sure they are healthy. And maybe walking to the places might make you more active. Also, there are gyms at the hotel and maybe you can start by running on a treadmill while waching the TV in the gym. Make little steps and soon you will be on your way to a healthier life. I hope. :)

let me guess... a big breakfast, fastfood lunch, and a huge dinner?if thats your diet, youre on your way to obesity.For breakfast try some fresh fruit. lowfat yogurt id excellent too!For lunch, maybe have a salad or something light. Have 1-3 snacks throughout the day that are fruits, vegies, or maybe another yogurt. When it comes to dinner, lay off the steak and potatoes and go for fish! And since youre in a hotel all of the time, chances are that there's a gym in your building. hi..eating out every single day is not very healthy...once in a while is ok...but..if you have no other option ..before you begin your main course have a bowl of soup and a some salad..that will half fill your stomach and the main course of diet will naturally reduce and thus will help you in loosing some weight..besides this go for regular walks half an hour a day and do yoga...this will surely work!

Daily morning u will eat QUAKER'S(OATS) .....and light exercsie if u can otherwise no need....its for morning only after that lunch u take 12.30 three chapathi or rice not oil food....then dinner u take dinner at 7....try this one within one month u knw ur change

Q.well..i think..i got few extra pounds...so am hopin to shed sum thiz summer..so if yuh cud temme d indian diet for a healthy size zero it wud b great!thnz!

1) You should drink water ,2 glass and do joging in the house or on jogging ground
2) Take tea with gavati chay, little honey. No milk and no sugar.
3) In lunch take only less quantity of food
4) Eat fruits more as they contain fibres
4) In the evening take liught food like rice khichadi
5) Do not eat non veg at all.
