from last month i had gained 2.5kg am worried,
i eat in hotels al the time bcoz i am not home nw.
jus give me some tips to control my diet and well to loose
some weight

let me guess... a big breakfast, fastfood lunch, and a huge dinner?if thats your diet, youre on your way to obesity.For breakfast try some fresh fruit. lowfat yogurt id excellent too!For lunch, maybe have a salad or something light. Have 1-3 snacks throughout the day that are fruits, vegies, or maybe another yogurt. When it comes to dinner, lay off the steak and potatoes and go for fish! And since youre in a hotel all of the time, chances are that there's a gym in your building. Take advantage of that and either every morning or every night take a walk or run of th treadmile. follow my weight loss tips
